You could also go English country gent with cords or moleskins, a tattersall check shirt and a woollen tie (or one with wildlife on it).

That looks like a pretty adaptable tweed, Cuttingboard. You could go simple with medium or dark gray flannel trousers, a blue shirt with a small pattern (micro-houndstooth, mini-tattersall, graph paper check, etc.), and matte tie in grenadine (as Beatlegeuse suggested), wool, cashmere, or even a twill silk as long as it wasn't too shiny. A nice, muted silk square in a moghul pattern or similar would also go nicely.

I should have more than enough stuff for this coat, have the following pants:
Light Grey Flannel & Wool
Medium Grey Flannel & Wool
Charcoal Wool
Chocolate Brown Flannel
Light Brown Flannel & Wool
Navy Gaberdine

I also have tons of solid white, blue, pink and blue Bengal/check/gingham shirts in my closet but every time I try to put something together, it looks like :censored:!!

I think brown or navy grenadine would look great as well. (well, navy looks good with everything)

I never would have thought of a green grenadine, I just bought one from sam hober.

Love the green grenadine! - looks just like mine from Kent Wang. When I bought it I didn't realize how versatile it would be and how much I would end up wearing it. It's nearly as versatile as a navy tie, and it's much more unexpected, which adds a little flair to the outfit.

What type of tweed is this? I am going to wear this now that the weather is getting cooler, at least at night.
