I'm looking for a pair of suede chukkas. I'm trying to decide between the Sanders linked below and a pair of Alfred Sergeants that are much more expensive.

Anyone own a pair the Sanders? If so, how is the quality of the suede? Did you go a full size down from your US size?

Thanks!

These guys make all the Mark McNairy shoes, so that's the quality if you're familiar with them. I think the general consensus is they're pretty decent, but not amazing.

There are some real cheap ones available at Red Square Clothing, about 40% off. More if you can find a discount code.

I've got a pair, indeed decent not amazing, pretty much on par with the price point ( much better than clarks, inferior to trickers, churchs etc ).

about the sizing, you obviously need to convert your sizing from US to UK if you plan on buying there rolleyes.gif
