Shoulders are too big... the cut of the suit does not go well with your body.

I will suggest to return the suit, there is a number of fit problems

1. As above, shoulder is too wide
2. Armholes are cut too low
3. The jacket is too taper hence the vents are open
4. Sleeve should be shortens bit

Where did you get the suit? the garment seems to be designed weirdly, wide shoulders and huge drop.....

Good luck with your next suit

Wherever did you buy this appalling rag and why?

The cut is simply wrong for you - shoulders far too wide and the waist out of proportion to such wide shoulders. For anyone else the arm holes are way too big for the suit.

The trousers are too narrow and probably too long for you as well.

It is wholly unattractive and merits burning.

this looks like a suit that was a few sizes too large then tailored down to something much slimmer.

+1 What's the backstory on that suit, stylenoob?

What size is that suit? Take that size, subtract 2-3 sizes from it and they you'll be good to go.

After that kill the suit.

How did you steal VictorSF's suits?

Now, earnestly, it's far too large in the shoulders. Is this a MtM suit?

I think you hit the nail on the head Lufty.

This looks like an internet MTM done from the client's measurements - which were obviously DEEPLY flawed.

Guy would have to be REALLY built to wear that thing - huh?

Thanks a lot everybody for your input, I knew the suit had gone horrible wrong but was having a little trouble verbalizing exactly where the problems lay. As many of you guessed I ordered the suit from an online MTM website from the Far East. I always have trouble finding suits off the rack that fit my slight build. Although I was skeptical, the price was as low as a really low end discount suit with all the personalization options I could dream of plus I'm pretty poor nowadays. Considering I am always confined in options to a handful of suits at the far left if the rack I thought I would give it a try. I admittedly erred in the shoulder measurements but the rest of the suit is atrocious even though I gave proper measurements.

I always buy slim fitting suits to compliment my build but I forgot that those are slim fit for a regular built guy. If I am buying something made to my personal measurements I need a regular fitting suit. The good news is that the company has been extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation and say they will make me a new suit (but talk is cheap and I'll be happy when i have a properly fitting suit in hand.) You should also bear in mind that when I ordered the suit I was receiving chemotherapy (for hodgekin's lymphoma) and lost some weight that I have subsequently regained. All in all It has been quite an adventure. On a side note I have no ass and was wondering, if they make the bottom of the jacket properly will the double vent still look unflattering? I appreciate everybody's help and will keep you posted.
