I've done it before. A lot of chicken, protein, heavy lifting, and rest. I've lost some mass and strength in the last 3-4 weeks off. Should bounce back quickly. I've been up around 205-208# before when I was lifting crazy amounts. Getting back to that point is easier than coming from scratch. I don't want to get that big again though. I think 192 might be my sweet spot.
