As far as I can tell, it's less than a dozen men who are nude. While they hang out in the gay neighborhood, not all of them are actually gay. The tourists don't seem overly shocked, just interested in catching a few photos with cameras and phones.

Geez, really? Just Sunday we cut through the Castro on the way to La Ciccia in Noe Valley (great Sardinian restaurant, BTW) and saw two dudes walking around with their junk hanging out. Strangely enough, they were wearing baseball caps confused.gif
