whats the difference between these two? (superdry brad leather jacket)

im trying to find the jacket that beckham has here: beckham_london-superdry_kr7_0.jpg

i found these two:

they are both listed as superdry brad leather jacket so they're supposed to be the same but they look different.

it looks like the bottom one has been worn and looks faded because its been used for a while while the one on top is new? they're different prices so its making me think there must be something different between them.

They look exactly the same except one has a fake 'worn' look and the other doesn't. One might be brown (worn one) and the other black, but I can't really tell from the pictures. Both, however, don't look that great.
