Suggestions for 'Thank you' gift for Coaches

I had a breakthrough performance in a race a few weeks ago - something I've been working with a few coaches on achieving for about the last 10 years - and wanted to get them a small gift to say thanks.

They're in the US and I'm in Canada, so it needs to be something I can arrange over the net.

Any ideas?
