First Ambassador Event: Alfred Sargent in San Francisco

Our first Styleforum Ambassador event has arrived!

It will be in San Francisco, next Wednesday evening (September 28th) in two locations:

First, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, we will be at the Mariott Marquis on Fourth Street for an exclusive discussion of the new Alfred Sargent Handgrade line with AS's Product Director, Chay Cooper, who's in town for a trunk show.

Then, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm, we will continue the discussion with Chay across the street at the Fifth Floor restaurant. A lounge has been reserved for us, with pisco and appetizers to be provided by the forum (Thanks J and Fok!).

After that, all are welcome to stay for dinner.

I'm not sure. But they used to be around 600 pounds, including VAT and shipping.

Here are prices excepted from an email from Chay to me dated 9/7/2011:

Handgrade shoes are priced at £690 these are the shoes that I bring as to bring 50 styles is some going!

I also take orders for our Exclusive range and these are priced £310 for the style I have attached which may be more to your taste design wise up to £425.

Just heard the good news that appetizers will be provided during the happy hour.

Thanks for the pricing update, comrade. I'm guessing, hoping, that that still includes vat and tax, but it may not.

Yeah. I'm going to let iammatt choose the actual appetizers, but I may make some executive decisions, even though I can't personally attend, just because I'm bawse like that.

For anyone not familiar with the menu, it sounds terrific, and comes highly recommended, and the stuff looks terrific.
