Nope, I wasn't in the shoe circle. I had already headed out by then. Medtech was gone as well.

We had a great turnout of around 18 guys. It was a very friendly group of new and long-term members of all ages. We look forward to future events!

+a lot.

I'll take a few for you, going downtown to get measured by Chay right now.

+1 a lot as well. Mark, thanks again for getting Chay to visit, and J and Fok, for the get together. The food was great, as was the company. Nice dinner following as well. If you are in SF and want to get your foie gras on before it's banned next year, the Fifth Floor has you covered.

Correctamundo!
Actually the pants are gray. And my shoes are three eyelet Spitzderbies
from Ludwig Reiter. Not in a class with Chay's samples.

Thanks M, J and F for making this happen - 'twas truly the event of the season!

The blue and green shoes look so much darker under normal light; the vividness of these pictures is remarkable.

Im waiting on SugarButch's pics of the monks, but whats the price point we are talking about on them?

I'm notorious for missing the big ones.

I gotta start getting on the forum here again, it's been at least 7-8 months since I used to check in daily and participating.

I think all the shoes were $1300 US. Not sure about some of the ankle boots. They may have been more, but I didn't enquire about their pricing.

Spoo, those are the only decent pics I have. I took a couple of all of the shoes, but with them pointed away from me. facepalm.gif

@imatlas: The pics are a bit more saturated than IRL, but the colors were much more obvious under that lamp where I took the shots than in the dimmer light on the table.

Also: The RTW shoes are around $600 according to Chay.

The handgrade shoes are $1275 except for boots and one model that has some extra hand stitching. The latter are $1300.

It seems different people have been quoted very different prices. I wonder why?

There are two different ranges: Exclusives and Handgrades. The Handgrades are the more expensive ones.

Thanks for taking the pics, PSG, SB, and E!
