Good Fall Jacket/Raincoat until I need to wear my winter coat? Allen Edmonds Raincoat?

Well it's getting a bit chilly now in NYC and I'm in the market for a raincoat/jacket that can keep me somewhat good until it's time to throw on the winter coat. Any shopping ideas? I was in AE today and really liked their black Raincoat. Only thing is it's a bit thin so I'm not sure if it'll tie me over until the winter coat goes on.... Otherwise it would be good for the wet weather.

Thoughts?

Nice find Tobacco Man! I really like it and may end up buying it for more casual wear. I don't think I could really wear it to work though as I need something a bit more formal...

sounds like you need a beaufort from barbour... i know it's not stylish or fashion but it's tough as nails, will get the job done, it's a classic and will last forever...

At second thought I shouldn't speak before seeing it. It may be suitable after all for business use. Thanks again for the suggestion, I'll go in to check it out in person.
