Come on! Ive bought jeans from you and only you for the last 3-4 years. No Benedict Arnold am I! How do I go about paying and how much? My flat heads need some pretty extensive work and my Roys just need a hem.

Oh yeah, thank you very much for making the exception.

Self Edge Updates: Iron Heart, Flat Head, Strike Gold, RJB, Roy, Sugar Cane, & More

We're now well into 2012 and not showing any signs of slowing down. We've just received restocks and new items from a few brands with lots of new garments to look forward to this year.

Iron Heart
From Iron Heart we've received a full restock of all their jeans, belts, jackets, wallets, and bracelets. All the stores are fully stocked, get heavy with it.

Flat Head
Flat Head has sent us a full restock of all jeans including a rerun of their women's Balder jean made specifically for us. Along with these restocks we've gotten a restock of a few of their more popular shirts, belts, and a new hoodie and bracelet. The hoodie is super heavy and warm with a great pattern on the top half and the bracelet is the last leather bracelet you'll ever need.

Strike Gold!
From Strike Gold we've received the highly anticipated hoodies and a full restock of all their jeans and belts. We can barely keep these things in stock, they're making them as fast we're going through them. The hoodie is available now at SESF and online, coming to SENY and SELA on February 6th.

3sixteen
3sixteen keeps the jeans coming with a full restock of all models now available at all three Self Edge stores. SENY and SELA have models not available online or at SESF, if you'd like something you don't see in our online store feel free to call SENY, SELA, or shoot us an email.

Sugar Cane
We've gotten a full restock of all jeans from Sugar Cane including their popular 2009 fit which is a slightly slimmed down jean compared to the rest of their line-up.

Real Japan Blues
Real Japan Blues has finished a new run of the 103BSP and 106BSP jeans, these are available again at all three Self Edge stores and in our online store. These are made of a new denim, the same denim found on the SEXFHXRJB15 jean, 14oz unsanforized indigo denim which ages great over time and was developed by RJB to mimic the fading characteristics on Flat Head's 3xxx denim with a slightly different feel.

ROY
We have a few sizes left of Roy's last release, his jeans continue to sell out very quickly. If you don't see your size online you may call SELA or SENY for a phone order. The next Roy release is a denim jacket, his take on a hybrid between a few classic styles, should be hitting all stores late February in very small numbers. Next jean release is March 15th with a new video we shot with Roy this week in Greensboro (North Carolina) debuting right before the jeans.

Lowside Magazine
We finally got issue 7 of Lowside Magazine back in stock for all you grease-monkeys. Get it while it lasts.

Should/can the 3sixteen bracelet be worn in the shower? Ive been taking it off and would prefer not too if there is any inherent positives to never taking it off....never really worn anything leather other than a belt and shoes so advice is needed.

Also Ive got several pairs of denim that Ive been wearing for the last 18 months and would like a new pair(or two). Im 6 foot 140lbs and l have a really hard time finding jeans that fit the way I like, but have found that if the below 3 measurements are within the ranges specified then the denim will fit me as I prefer. Problem is maybe 1/10 slim/straight tapered cut pairs of denim I find have those measurements, and when I find them they are typically sold out. I think I found 2-3 pairs on the webstore and they were all sold out (SEXDBXSXS12 is the only one I remember off the top of my head as Ive been browsing for the last 2 hours lol). It doesn't look like Dry Bones has the same cut available on a different pair...any advice on what I should consider?

31-31.5 waist
Leg opening 7.2-7.7
10.25-11 front rise

Also any chance Roy will be manufacturing any more BNB1...or something similar?

Thanks in advance!!

As with any leather accessories it's best to keep it away from water, especially on a daily basis. We recommend taking the bracelet off during your shower.

From what you said about the jeans i would check out these models:
3sixteen+ 21BSP
Stevenson 717
Iron Heart 301s

Roy does not do re-releases, he only does new models.

S/S stuff starts coming in very soon, and actually a few of the new things we've received from Flat Head is from their S/S collection. SENY has gotten in some RJB stuff already too. The stuff should be coming in faster starting in a couple of weeks.

Is the stock count your website records indicative of what's in store?  I'm going to be in NYC this week and am hoping that there will be a SEXIHXINDO16 in 38 for me to try on.

Does this mean you have the Shadow Denim?

Thanks for the answer. I actually realized that the fit/cut Im looking for I didnt explain that well and it sort of has a name---a shearing pant, like the pair you had from Imperial. Im looking for some serious freedom (lol) through the crotch/thigh with a nice taper---a drop crotch of sorts even if its minimal, so long as the rise and thigh area is higher/bigger than normal for someone whose a 31 in the waist. Do you have anything coming in the next several months even remotely as such?

The online stock only represents what we have in the SF store, we have that jean in size 38 at our NY store now.

In that case check out the Dry Bones Red-D Slim jeans, sounds like what you're after.

Hi,

I'm trying to understand the fit of the IH 634S (for later as it seems you don't have a 34, which is what I would need). Your site says that the ones tagged 34 have a waist of 33.3 and thighs of 12.8. On the IH.co.uk site, they list a size of 34 waist, 13.3 thighs. Does that reflect average variations from one pair to the next?

Thanks,

JD

Yes, there is slight variation from pair to pair. We have the jean you want at SELA and SENY if you want to place a phone order now. The online store will have a full restock February 10th.

Self Edge and IHUK measure their products differently, if I recall correctly. You might want to look into that, JDelage.
