Pretty self explanatory.

Obviously fruits...

Tomatoes and some mozzarella cheese

A couple of slices of a baguet and some olive oil

Greek yogurt

cottage cheese

jerky (careful with the sodium)

nuts, peanut butter, fruits & veggies

Second on the Greek yogurt (or any yogurt that doesn't have an unreasonable amount of sugar) and jerky.

Avoid most dried fruits and nuts (especially if packaged together). They tend to have very high sugar/salt/fat content and are easy to overindulge.
