Seeking Good Tailor in New Jersey

I have found it nearly impossible to find a tailor in New Jersey the can do a simple suit alteration that I had done in the UK and Europe all the time.

I am looking for a tailor that can alter a suit jacket sleeve from the shoulder rather than the cuff.

Does anyone here live in NJ that could suggest such a tailor?

I would prefer Monmouth County but would travel a bit if someone can do the alteration.

Appreciate the assistance.

Meant to say "MONMOUTH COUNTY" my DROID auto correct feature doesn't really work so well.

Thanks,

I go to a guy named "Tony the Talior" in Upper Montclair. Probably an hour drive for you. He has been a tailor for 45 years....came over from Italy. I was in there the other day getting a suit altered and a guy came in with a $5,000+ 100% cashmere sport coat from Italy and was having some complex alteration done to it. Tony said he brings all of his 100+ suits to him for work. If that guys is that into clothes and spends that kinda money on them, I assume that he trusts "Tony" very much.

Thanks, I will keep that in mind. A bit far of a drive for me though. Was hoping for someone closer. No idea why it is so hard to find someone to do this simple alteration. It takes work but is not difficult.

Attilio Custom Tailor in Fair Lawn, NJ is top notch. Enzo the tailor there really knows what he is doing. He understands how to suppress a jacket correctly, etc.

A bit far again, but appreciate it. May need to travel to get it done proper.
