Here, I'll help you. ^There's your problem. For that price, maybe pre-owned allen edmonds.......but nothing is going to be very good quality and look sleek for under $200.


I would never wear a blazer with jeans.........but a brown wingtip like below is your best bet. Step your price range up to $300/$400 and you can find some lightly used English/Italian shoes that will be made very well and look way better.
