what to do with suit fabric?

Hello everyone, I recently attended a cousin's wedding in Pakistan and was given enough fabric to make a suit. Unfortunately, I am returning right after the wedding, and so wouldn't have time for a tailor here to make one for me. It seems like solid fabric. It says Lord and Taylors 180s wool and silk, made in England on it.

What are my options for finding a custom tailor in the US? Unfortunately I live in East Lansing, Michigan, so it might have to be done via mail order or something like that. I will be in the DC area briefly, so theoretically I could do measurements and drop it off somewhere there, and pick it up or have them mail me the final result. If it is not possible to do something decent for under $500, I'd probably just give it to a relative here before I leave in two days.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Okay, thanks for the input. Approximately how much is just the fabric like this worth? $50 to $100? A relative offered to bring it back on his next trip to the US if I get it fitted and leave it with a tailor here to finish, so I may do that tomorrow. Any last minute advice on dealing with a random Pakistani tailor recommended by a family member would be helpful. I'm not a sophisticated enough suit wearer to know what I want in terms of lapel width, and other details like that. But are there options I'm likely to be presented with where the default in the US may be different from Pakistan, and I should ask for it that way?

Thanks!

It is highly unlikely you will find a decent tailor to western standards in Pakistan.

GBR
you continue to say the dumbest things.
I have a friend who has a company in Lahore that makes as nice a garment as you will find anywhere in the world.

Is it Oxxford or Kiton quality? no. but better then most of the stuff coming out of better clothing factories today.
