CG, I think Op was referring to who actually makes the suits, this could possibly be the same as the costume designer, as in the case of a movie like X Men first class, where the costume designer had custom suits made for the principle cast. But more likely a case such as Casino Royale, where costume design is credited to Linda Hemming, but Craig's suits are Brioni.
