I've got a Motorola DroidX that is a little over a year old. Its battery had lasted throughout a full day for the first twelve months. In the last month or two my usage pattern hasn't changed but it's barely making it six or seven hours without a recharge. I concluded that the battery must have been through too many discharge/recharge cycles and so I purchased a brand new Motorola extended life battery. My usage pattern still hasn't changed and the battery is barely holding a charge. It was fully charged two hours ago and since then I've sent a handful of text messages and searched the internet for about 2 minutes and it's now down to half charge. Does anybody have any clue as to what could be the problem and what might be a good solution?
Thanks, H_S.
