Dumbbells are a good idea, for the reasons above-mentioned. Also, you could use a smith machine. Yes, its not as good as benching, but its as good as its going to get in your predicament.

I have a TRX (clone). I like it for stability/core training but can't really recommend it if your goal is hypertrophy.
