A breakfast should be simple and a healthy one . As i try to eat more protien foods in my breakfast like some boiled eggs , peanut butter with some toasts . And a banana . I wana know that what u guys eat in ur breakfast ?

Different,but mostly 4-5 eggs omelette,orange juice and some green.

One banana and a hard boiled egg usually.

oatmeal with peanut butter, or eggs, or avocado. if I am in a hurry, protien shake.

I don't eat grain so my breakfast is very similar. 4-5 eggs and some fruit usually.

Lately ive been eating a ton of oatmeal. and eggs. If i wake up early enough ill eat a few eggs and slice of bread.
