I can't find any, and I have tried a ton. I think I will just go to a tailors. Might be ridiculous for JCrew shirts, but it's the only choice I have.

The two shirts in your original post look fine, other than being a little long. What's the big deal about getting them shortened?

You would benefit from higher armholes.

I am going too. I just did not know if it is ridiculous to bring in JCrew for alterations. Usually I assume only very high quality shirts get altered.

Can the tailors fix that?

Look at the side view, it's huge in the back.

No worries. For example, I recently bought a short-sleeved button-down from the Gap with the intent of getting it tailored (tapered, maybe shortened an inch or two) because I liked it and it was only $13.

+1, and stop being such a fucking fashion hypochondriac.

You're all over the place, saying your shirts are too long in one thread, too short in another, I can't get the size down because they're too tight, can't tuck them in.

I guarantee all these things can't be true. You're not like the elephant man or anything.

From those pictures, it looks like you need to size down. Perhaps you think a smaller size is too tight because you're not used to your clothes fitting properly. This has come up in quite a few threads where the OP thinks a size down is too slim or small because he has been wearing oversized clothing for too long. I had the same problem as you until I was able to see that I was wearing my shirts one size too big. Those shirts are baggy on you and there is too much extra fabric everywhere (i.e. arms, chest, back, etc.). Size down or switch brands. As for all the size small jcrew shirt you have, donate them!
