This was a gift from my boss. I kept it for a few months before I just sold it.
It is pretty solid. Made in USA. You can't beat the quality.

I just picked this up and I am pretty pleased. Just what I expected.
I am pleased with the Bark. However, I wish it was a little darker.
A great deal for $35. Comparable to other belts in the...
I am a thin build girl with skinny hip and bums, I normally wear a size 25 in Paige denim, and thought I give the selvedge raw a try. The 24 of New Standard is too bulky in the high waist leg,...
Bought a new pair of dark jeans from Gap. Really liking the color but the tag says that I should wash the jeans inside out in cold water before wearing to "preserve the dye". Sounds counter-intuitive to me. Thoughts?
Washing inside-out will cause less abrasion on the outside (aka visible) part of your denim. Hence, it will look darker longer. Washing inevitably leads to indigo loss, but you can't get around that really.
Yea, seems silly. I don't how that would help preserve fading.. If anything, they'd come out of the wash a bit faded. Plus, if these are skinny jeans and you just fit into them, washing them may shrink them enough that you couldn't get into them to stretch them back out lol
Also, removing any factory chemicals or whatnot in a first wash will prolong the life of the denim. Especially if raw - the fabric has a chance to strengthen itself via washing and it will therefore last you longer.
Soaking/washing removes starch (warm water removes a lot more starch than cold water, but whatever), and starch increases abrasion which accelerates fading.
Also, your special flower thread belongs in the "I have a jean" thread.
