Ones that don't stand out. Unfortunately for most that means the rubber-soled, chunky bike-toed abominations that are pitiable. I get by occasionally with walnut AEs, but that's as far as you'll see me push it within the Firm's walls. Most don't care and don't put the effort into getting something worthwhile and content themselves with the Bostonian or Rockport outlet models.
