Hey, thanks guys - I appreciate it. I love this jacket. Will be sad when the summer is over and I need to put it on pause for a few months. Oh wait... summer is.... ov..... frown.gif

TBH I thought loud plaid jackets went out with the 1970s? Are they back? Or is this a US thing?

I am in the U.S. so it may be, On the east coast in the summer I've seen them worn well. Felt like taking the gamble of experimenting for myself - just want to do it well to not look like a clown as many have suggested (it's my worry as well). Hence hopefully with a little advice and some pictures for guidance, can get to the level of uniquely cool ( like Spoo!).

Mind you I'm in Mainland China, and can't recall seeing men wearing plaid jackets like this at all during the whole summer, plaid shirts are popular this season though here. Also I do look at UK menswear sites occasionally, River Island, Burton, Topman, Next, ASOS, M&S, Debenhams. see what fashions are currently like in my mother country. again no plaid jackets.

If memory recalls both Zara and Topman had a line of plaid blazers recently. I think this was one of them: http://lookbook.nu/look/2056647-Big-Fish
