So what did you end up ordering?
As for the timing, that might be tight even for Chan. The last time I was in Hong Kong, I had a fitting with them on the morning before I left and they were able to deliver to my hotel the next morning before 10:00. But the same day might be a bit tough.
If it really were just sleeves or something simple like that, you might consider taking it with you anyway. You will save quite a bit on the shipping and potential customs hassle so you probably just about break even on cost. Plus, you won't have to wait six weeks!
