How is the factory assistance on these? Is a receipt from an AE store or AE associate retailer required for warranty service/replacement etc.?

What happens if the fit is not 100%? I've never bought any AE shoes before so I have no idea how their lasts would fit but according to their size guide I'm a 9E...
