WINGS + HORNS SPRING 2012 - Page 25

I got the brown lo tops last season for half off. I predict they will go half off again this season. Hopefully grab a pair of black lo tops to compliment the brown ones I have. Maybe a nice blazer at half off too. Buying at retail is overkill for this brand. I expect bigger discounts since overall this season has been somewhat disappointing compared to f/w.

Anyone tried the linen shorts? How's the sizing compared to westpoints?

Did anyone pick up or try on the slub blazer? How are the material and fit?

nice wash. a touch subtler than the 1-year wash from F/W. will be a good deal at the inevitable 80% off

Anyone purchase this season's slim raw denim yet? Wondering how they fit.

Any thoughts on the mountain parka in tan? The colour looks nice, but it's already too hot and I'm not sure it'll work as a FW piece. On the other hand, I already have too much navy outerwear...

tan looks nice, would be good for early fall / spring

doubt you can wear it in the summer, unless where you live there is no real summer...

Whats the difference between the slub trousers and westpoint chinos? Fit/fabric? Would it be easy to remove that stupid zipper on the pocket? So many stupid zippers stuck on otherwise nice pieces this season...
I don't know about the fit, but the fabric is very different. It may be harder to tell with the navy colour online, but if you look up the slub cotton blazer/pants in sand, you can see that it's a textured/slightly wrinkled fabric.

I didn't know there was a navajo print lined cotton blazer.

Yea a lot (if not all) of the outerwear is navajo print from what I've noticed. Still waiting for prices to drop on some items though.
