Best movie clothing

I'm not a very superficial person myself, but my god Jude Law looks amazing in the pretty underestimated drama "Alfie" from 2004. I have two questions:
1. What kind of blazer is he wearing in the picture below?
2. What kind of scarf is it? I need to know!

So, for the discussion, which movie has had the best comstume designers?

Weren't his suits and jackets by some fashion house or another? I can't say I like the striped jacket being used alone.

A two minute google reveals a couple of articles on the costuming for Alfie, including a number of the brands involved:

No brainer. Best costume design of all time goes to GWTW. Rhett's (Clark Gable's) suits, silk vests, tiepins and hats alone beat any other film without considering the dashing Ashley Wilke's (Leslie Howard's) Confederate tunic with the gold sash made by Scarlett's own hands- who, by the way cuts a fine figure dressed in green velvet curtains.

I love the style in French 'New Wave' movies, like A Bout de Souffle (Breathless)
