edit: just realized I might also be biased because the Harrington matches the plaid the best out of those three.  Maybe get three pictures of coordinated outfits instead of the same shirt underneath?

Thanks for the input. Looks like I've got a vote for each one. confused.gif

If it makes you feel better I'm about 50/50, so you can just put my vote towards the Harvest.

I dig the Harvest Herringbone. A lot more than I expected to when I ordered it. If I kept two of them the Harvest would definitely be one, but I still think I need a grey tweed just to throw over whatever I'm wearing on colder days. I'd be a lot less reluctant to keep both of them if I didn't already have some other purchases planned.

I ended up getting the same jacket off ebay for 150 a few months back. Here is a pic I posted a bit ago (with a shitty camera phone and I know the shirt is doing some awful things) to give you an idea of the color.

467

One other thing is that I felt like the sleeves were a bit baggy and had them tailored to slim them down. Cheap fix, but just wanted to let you know.

thanks man. Would you say the jacket looks lighter and more 'grey' in outdoor sunlight?

It is definitely a little lighter in person, but I don't think you see much of a grey color.

It isn't WAY off but in real life it does seem to be much more khaki colored than grey.

okay thanks! Also, since it's linen do you find the material light and breathable like a typical linen blazer?

Too be honest it is my first linen blazer so I'm not sure how it stacks up against others. I do find it to be pretty breathable though.

2 cleaning questions...

1) got some beer spilled on my suede chukkas, any way to clean the stains?
2) been wearing a pair of 484 slims (not the raws) and those got stained too, if i throw those in the wash, cold rinse, and hang dry, will the fit stay the same? i cant afford for them to get any tighter haha

thanks in advance.

has anyone check out J Crew's new line Wallace & Barnes? Are they displayed/avaliable in store?
@Deez Amazon or local shoe store and grab some suede cleaner. I got Kiwi and I think there are some better brands but I don't clean my suedes enough to warrant further investigating. The 484's: do a cold or warm soak with light detergent (non-bleach non-fabric softener kind) if they're that dirty, Hand Wash. Line Dry.

Best advice I could give others might have better or fix mine lol.
