How many pull-ups/push-ups did you do today?

I'm horribly out of shape shog[1].gif but been making decent progress with pull-ups.

Today:

5 sets of 5 pull-ups

and

100 knuckle ups.

Switched from standard push-up to knuckle ups a week ago.

Technically yesterday, but I did:

bw+20lb pullups x 6
bw pullup x10, x3, and x2.

No pushups, I don't do those on the same days.

I'm doing the 2 week Evil Russian Program. Yesterday, it was 22 pushups and 8 pullups every hour; today it's 10 pushups and 6 pullups every 45 minutes.

I did 10 push-ups yesterday. I hate doing them, so while doing them I realized I wasn't having fun and stopped at 10. I need to get motivated to do them regularly, and certainly more than one set of 10.

Did 2 sets of 5 pull-ups.

I hadn't done a pull-up in like 8 years (hadn't tried), so I was somewhat pleased with that.

Affirmative - until an hour before bed. Too much stuff to do in a day to be able to do it every hour, but Pavel the Russian says not to worry if some are missed. Tomorrow, it's 18 every 30 minutes (oy). I have a countdown timer app that chimes when it's time.

10 sets of 10. Set the interval timer to 90 seconds and started sets on every beep..

I just do them during commercials when I'm watching tv. It helps a lot with the lack of funness.

Did 5x5 pull-ups again today as well as 50 knuckle-ups. Will try and sneak in another 50 before the day is over.

16 Pushups, 7 Pullups every 60 minutes from wakey to sleepy

This Evil Russian program might be working. 1 week in and I've increased my pushup count from 40 to 52.

Yesterday I did pullups (rested 1:30 between each set):
1 set of 10 - bodyweight (warmup)
1 set of 5 - bw + 20 lbs (warmup)
1 set of 5 - bw + 35 lbs (warmup)
1 set of 5 - bw + 55 lbs (warmup)
1 set of 7 - bw + 60 lbs
1 set of 5 - bw + 65 lbs
1 set of 3 - bw + 70 lbs
1 set of 5 - bw + 60
This totals 50 pullups at varying weights.

Today I did pushups:
I did 15 sets of the following: Swim 50 meters, get out and do 20 pushups
This made for a total of 750 meter swim and 300 pushups
I don't remember how long it took me.
