Introduce yourself. - Page 246

I'm a 37-year-old Army Officer planning to transition into a civilian career within the next two years. My wardrobe consists of jeans and t-shirts, a few suits that I bought at a Mens Wearhouse about 10 years ago, and random outdated attire that I will probably be donating to Goodwill tomorrow.

In preparation for my upcoming career search and (hopefully) interviews, I am starting to think seriously about how to drastically upgrade my wardrobe - both business and casual wear.

I love suits, and prom is coming up fast.

Hey all,

I am a sixteen year old guy who's steadily getting to know what he likes. I've said goodbye to the street wear phase of my life. I'm a big fan of Dries Van Noten, Margiela, some Hedi stuff (especially from his later Dior years). I like to look sharp but in a more casual way. My uncle is a fashion designer and you should totally check out his label Beau Homme, it's pretty dope.

Peace

Hi everyone.

My name is Cameron and I'm a 23-year-old aspiring man of style.

I am tired of buying the wrong things and came here for help.

I want to enter the world after college with a bang, and basically just become a better person. (love life, self-confidence, etc.).

I especially love shoes.

Pleased to meet you.

Hi all.

My name is Joey from SEA. I'm 18 and currently taking up Architecture. I've been lurking on styleforum for a while now. I'm a boot guy. My grails would probably be Scarosso Jodhpurs in brown leather or SLP Jodhpurs and Chelseas. I hope to learn and contribute as well to the community.

Kind regards,

Joey

Have been lurking for a while. Its a chore getting shoes for myself. I wear US11EE most of the time and its a size seldom available where I live.

I have limited myself to derby since I graduated years ago. It was only recently that I started to try oxfords. I can not fit into them due to my rather high instep... it sucks especially when I see some of the beautiful shoes are in oxfords.

Hi SF commerades,

Been in the market for a nice pair of boots and have been lurking on various 1k, RW, OSB, Alden threads and decided to make it official. Its been a great resource and when I get my new boots ill be sure to post many pics over the aging process.

Hello,

Not particularly stylish, but I do kind of have a thing for shoes, particularly gunboats and specifically those made in the USA, either new or vintage. PTBs, LWBs, you name it. I blame that on the fact that my dad's side of the family comes from Brockton MA, once regarded as the shoe capital of the world.

Hello everyone, just joined and haven't really used this forum yet. I've always been into clothes. Then developed a problem for shoes. Curbed it and now I'm on to leather jackets mixed in with some boots.

Hello all.

I came here randomly by searching for tall clothes.  I'm 6'4" and have been wearing mostly JCREW and looking to expand my wardrobe.  I have been thinking about starting a Tall thread as I don't see many of those on here.

Presently I'm following threads on Gustin, White's, Trickers, and Yuketen.

Any suggestions on tall button down shirt sources greatly appreciated.
