Hi all, new to this game. Live in Adelaide, Australia and have a new found fascination for suits, shirts and fine shoes. Thanks for having me!

Hy people...

I am 39 from Croatia, Europe.

My passion is fine style. I always liked to dress up, but in last several years I am leaning toward classic men's style. Fashion was never my thing, and now when I am old enough to wear some classy stuff with confidence I am loving it every moment.

Besides style I am interested in quality stuff, no matter if it's movies, music, wine, chocolate, food. I work as an art director so I have an eye for nice things :)

Recently I published my first web site, but I will not push it right here, right now.

Most importantly I forgot to mention that I am a nice guy and follow some rules of etiquette. I think manners are something that is so neglected in todays world. I always had manners, maybe it was something my grandpa taught me. He was a true gentleman. Always dressed up, shaved and spoke 6 languages.

That's it...

Whatsup everybody, my name's Eric, I'm 21, and have been a guest on style forum for some time now. I am a big fan of tailored/bespoke suits, shoes, and other classic styles of clothing. I have a startup blog called boozeandsuits.com that focuses on business, whiskey, and our never-ending need for a good-fitting suit. It is designed to teach young men how to dress and act like the male generations before us--very 50's inspired. I hope you all will give it a read sometime and tell me what you think! Nice to meet everyone.

Hello All,

Thumper here. I'm a high school language arts/social sciences teacher, retired Army guy, married, no kids, one Black Lab, and I play bass guitar. I'm originally from Green Bay, WI and have lived in the Portland, Oregon area since 1993.

As for fashion taste---I have none. I'm a fan of vintage wool shirts, sweaters and sport coats, comfy old brown shoes, and I'm a hat guy.

Thanks for letting me join the club.

Cheers,

Matt

My name is Andrew... I am a long time lurker. I am a full time student at community college and work there as well. I have recently been trying to get into buying pieces that will last a long time, and have great versatility, so I will be looking at threads of that nature.

I am looking forward to meeting some cool people on here :)

Hello Gents.

I have used style forum many times, but am just now joining.

I am a young professional and have the privilege of being able to wear suits, and other "dress" clothing for my daily wear. I generally stick to classics, and am a new collector of fine clothing and quality crafted items. I believe in a well dressed man, and the old America were doors were held open and people were courteous and had self respect.

I grease my hair and shine my shoes- I love the tick of a watch, and the smell of bay rum.

Purveying fine things since 1988

Representing Phoenix, AZ here! I'm 22 years old and about to graduate from ASU with a degree in Secondary Education. This site has been a great tool for me as my wardrobe becomes more mature. I hope one day I can actually start contributing to the forum rather than sitting on the sidelines and observing like I am now!

Hellow. I added a w onto the end of that because I'm unconventional and I like to think I'm witty. I also have a fond appreciation for high-quality clothing, etc. I joined sf to learn more about clothing and care, and also to find some superb bargains in the marketplace.

Cheers!

I've been in the process of improving the way i dress over the last 6 months however its been hard living in a small town in a permasummer climate. This changed a couple of weeks ago when i made the move to a capital city to start university, and now i have a real opportunity to flex my style muscles.

I quite like the look of more streetwear clothing and I'm currently trying to get all my basic items purchased to put together some nice fits that work with my favourite accessory, my lovely ginger hair.

Hello all,

My name is Josh, I'm 25 and will soon be finishing up with college, and I recently realized that it's time to start dressing like a man. I'm slowly starting to update my wardrobe and I want to do it the right way, and I figured this would be a great place to get tips and ideas to help me look great.

Hello Styleforum members,

I'm Riversend, 24 years old, fresh out of school and about to start work in Texas. Been a lurker for a few months, gradually attempting to build a wardrobe and define my style. I finally realized for myself that buying lasting quality trumps saving a few bucks and feels a whole lot better. Not sure how much I'll post, as I am still a greenhorn just beginning to understand classic, timeless style and quality, but I look forward to hanging around here learning, and perhaps one day contributing.

See yall around

Hi,

I've been trying to update my clothes for a while now. I have a hard time finding clothes that fit me properly so I've been really on the hunt for quality and fit.  I've even taken it upon myself to learn how to sew and recently purchased a vintage Singer sewing machine.  Hoping to spend a little up front to save some on the back end with alterations.  I have a pair of Rag and Bone raw selvedge jeans that were worth the money, and early discomfort, to have them where they are now.

I like a very classic look but also like to mix it up with a bit of a modern urban kick and my own bit of style.

Hope to share in knowledge with all of you.

cchlee
