Greetings all,

I'm a student of literature and music at St Andrews in Scotland. I've been meaning to join a few sartorial forums for a while and here I am now.

Above all I like tea, stiff collars, opera, and morning dress. I'm looking forward to being active here !

A.C.

Hi, I recently decided it was time to start caring about what I wear. I've already lurked a while and picked up a lot of advice from the primers and archives. Thanks.

G'day

I'm a 40 something bloke from a small town in Western Australia who, for the first time since I was a teenager, has found myself single. In an attempt to get laid meet nice respectable ladies I've embarked on a style program. I've recently invested in an electric shaver, cut my Jesus beard down to a manicured, short beard (still deciding on what to finish with), ordered 2 colognes (never even worn one before) and I'm slowly buying some shirts with collars. I'm here for advice on how to look good and how to do it.

Look forward to chatting with the style gurus here

Hello all, I'm Gino.

I wear suits for work and I'm here to lose money like someone else said previously. ;)

Hello!

Just joined but been lurking for a long time. Hope to get a lot of tips and tricks from other members. Also will try to contribute.

A few words about me: I always seemed to be aesthetically conscious but lately I try to organize my knowledge and finally I have resources to build nice set of fine clothes.

I'm "TheBoy."  I'm an under-thirty attorney living in a bit of a backwater.  I managed to get started with lower-end (Jos. A. Bank mostly) suits--and got ahead of myself, buying patterns (bold and subtle) before flat colors (save for a now-destroyed through age medium gray).  My involvement here may be slow-starting.

Discovered this site a few months ago and have been into sw&d, however I will be moving into a more MC oriented wardrobe for work purposes. Will try and lurk as much as possible, to learn as much as possible.

Just joined tonight and hope to contribute in the future. Unfortunately I'm rather busy (resident at a local hospital baldy[1].gif) so my posts will be few and far between. bored.gif
