Any One for a Scotch? - Page 221

Oban Distiller's Edition is a really nice step up from the 14 year. The DE has moved up to one of my favorites, and I found the 14 very run of the mill. I'm looking forward to trying the 18.

Speaking of cask strength sherry, i am so upset that there is no more MAC Cask Strength, that was my malt. I might try the A'Bunadh, how does it compare to the now discontinued MAC Cask Strength?

Dunno but it is pretty tasty. It does also have a bit of that young whisky brashness that some people don't like. Needs water for sure

Bought a kavalan solist for a good price for Christmas. Can't wait

I prefer the A'Bunadh to Mac cask strength.

Talisker DE is solid, I actually like it over the 10 year. Haven't tried Oban DE and I have a bottle of Lag DE still unopened but I am eagle awaiting giving it a try.

I bought a Kilchoman the other day, going to give that a go tonight.
