I am looking to buy a new watch, more as an item of jewery but I would I like it to continue to tell time. I looked at Skagen watches today, but I also have noticed that Amazon is selling Invicta watches for about 90% off.

Does any one own either watches? Are either any good?

They are both basically crap... for the money I'd buy Seiko

how much do you want to spend? based on price i can throw in a suggestion, but i agree that both the brands you mentioned arent great

I've been looking into a watch recently, and in terms of value for money, I think that I will be going with a Seiko 5. Probably an SNK795. I really like that they are affordable but still have the self-winding movement that you would expect in a high end watch.
