How is it too poofy? The material is 2" thick.

Lol at whole thread...

Wanting to size down, living in SF, and fly malfunction is too much.. I'm starting to get reminded why I took a break from SW&D.

Edit: If OP wants to keep it, try wearing it so sleeve creases set. The sleeves may shorten enough to wearable (knuckle of the thumb or higher).
