Pretty fascinating stuff, and funny how the first pictures in the story look so bad now.

The Stasi had 2011 style on lock, remove the second pic (since when the leather trench is a disguise anyway...) and you got a solid start for a #menswear lookbook.

Communism was the future.

I was watching The Lives of Others the other day and thought some of the outfits were pretty tight. The main guy looks identical to Thom Browne (or is that just me?)

I haven't watched that movie in a couple of years, but I think I remember the Stasi guy having some pretty cool jackets.

Great movie, by the way.
