Okay, hopefully this helps some people in regards to the leather colors. These are mine, with a shot straight out of the camera. Colours are fairly true to life, but I'd welcome Charlie to weigh in and say how close he thinks they are.

Top to bottom: Black, Dark Havana, Aus-Nut, Burgundy, Aus-Nut (Bakers, Chocolate suede. They're all 1.25 or 1.5 inch, with satin stainless buckles, and I'm very pleased with them. Must admit, if I were to order again I may stick entirely to the Bakers leathers, although thats due to personal preference rather than quality.

Good collection :) ! My only additional comment would be that the Bakers Aus Nut is only that colour in full sun, generally its darker. Its a really interesting leather because its so difficult to characterise. Charlie

Thanks a lot Joiji, that's very helpful. Bakers' Aus Nut looks real good.

Great pictures guys! It sure is easy to end up with several Equus belts, isn't it? I ended up with three over the course of a couple of months! I'm probably not done yet either.

Charlie out of curiosity what would you recommend for re-sizing the belts. I have lost 30 pounds and I am on the second to last hole of 7 holes and I need to have the belt shortened. What do you recommend? Taking it to my local cobbler?

I wouldn't, unless you have a much better than average cobbler they'll butcher them in my experience. if we can shorten them by 3" or more we can shorten them invisibly from the buckle end and restitch so they are as good as new.

I lost about the same amount last year - great for the figure, decimates the wardrobe though!
