I really don't want to make a mountain out of a molehill here but i'm starting to use the B&S more since the new layout months ago and I have run into a very very frustrating trend. People are putting a dollar amount in that is either $0 or $1 and then just saying make me an offer or listed on ebay with a link. It seems as though they should have to put in what the least they would accept and then put best offer so to at least set a starting point and also do they same if they are just using it for a link to ebay. I'm sure there are 100 more important things that you are working on but not sure how to fix this issue without being a dick and posting a message in each add or sending them a PM... more then willing to do that if that is the best way to go about it. Thanks!

I also find this annoying.

I've been a nice so far and just give people I see a friendly FYI about the forum rules which actually require a price you would accept and full description of the item, not just an ebay link. So far it's worked on half the adds. The other half...well who knows.

Just two quick suggestions in regards to the B&S rules.
You still have people "bumping" there own threads... this is not as big a deal as before as it only bumps it to the top if you search by "most recent reply" or "last updated" (not 100% sure what the difference is)? but it is still wrong imo.. here is an example http://www.styleforum.net/t/284710/naked-and-famous-blue-oxford-xs/0_50#post_5148862
Also in the rules #4 in regards to ebay. I would add in a line about needing an acceptable price you would accept, not $1 if the auction is starting at $1. Example http://www.styleforum.net/t/282057/ebay-ends-tonight-barker-black-wholecut-9-5/0_50 I added my suggestion in bold to the current rule #4 below:
4. You may post an item(s) with a link to its listing on Ebay or another auction site. However, no general solicitations to browse Ebay stores or any external webstores is allowed as a listing in and of itself. I.e., you can link to your webstore within a listing, but the listing cannot merely be links to “check out my latest listings in my Ebay webstore,” without item descriptions. You must post an asking price that you would accept if a member wants to 'Buy It Now;.

Just an FYI. This 100,000 character limit is still an issue. I can edit my posts, but can not edit the title which is a little bit of a pain when I have something like "new items added 12/7" and now we are at 1/5... dont know how hard it is to bump up the character limit to say....1,000,000?
Still having an issue with the 100,000 character limit. Don't know if it ever got changed or not.
With the new B&S forum (approx 8? months ago now) there is no need to "bump" a thread as when you respond to a thread it does not bump it to the top. Per the forum, you can bump it with the "bump button" every 7 days unless you pay for a B&S premium membership and then you can bump it more.
That being said, when people ARE bumping there threads, it still bumps it to the top on "last reply" and also bumps it to the top of the Latest Dscussions on the main page, the latter being the one that really annoys me. There should be a rule, imo, for "no bumping unless you are answering a specific question or lowering the price". This along with another issue of people listing items on ebay are quoted below from my previous post.

There is no description for The "Frequent 2-Day Bumper" can anyone explain?
I thought at first it might be a 15 day version of the (3 day) 2 day bumper but it works out more expensive.

Maybe I am missing something, but where do you see "Frequent 2-Day Bumper"? I only see what is below at $1 for 3 days, bump every 2 days.
The 2-Day Bumper ($1 for 3 days)
- can have 15 classifieds open at a time (no posting requirements)
- can bump items every 2 days
- highlighted listings*
