new Yoox codes and sales - post them here - Page 64

Bought an Adriano and Sons (Caruso) tuxedo on Yoox for $850. Pants arrived ripped like this. WTF Yoox?

Wondering if a previous buyer wore this tux to an event and then returned it. Pants are hemmed.

I bought a Ballantyne sweater with a small hole in the shoulder....i indicated as such in return. Went back up on the site as soon as I returned.

I ordered brooks brother navy blazer in US34R. Received an US44R. I can’t be bothered to return it. Trying to sale it. Will list on eBay. Also received AC blazer in EU44r(us34).It turned out to be 5 sizes bigger than my size. 2 consecutive purchase from yoox *ucked up .I think my online purchase luck is running out.

Think they'll shoot down a request for a partial refund?

Looks very fixable. The fabric isn't torn. If the price was good I would keep it.

It happened to me twice, items which would clearly be seconds in factory shops, but nothing like this.

 

I just returned it for a full refund... just stating they put it right back on the site for the next sucker. I might not have seen it if I hadn't tried it on for my gf and she pointed it out. Wasn't visible until it was on and the fabric stretched a bit. 

U better check if they refunded the shipping. Yoox is in a habit of ignoring or conveniently forgetting to refund it in many cases. The damaged suit wil be back on the site , no doubt about it.

Yoox never removes damaged inventory. it is a shame.

They have when materials were different (stated like 70% cashmere but was only like 30%) and they have on shoes that were scuffed on soles, should be fine to try.

Yeah that happens all the time when I send damaged goods back, no mention of it and it's sold again. Always funny to see item popping up again and again

Had to ask a few times with this, given up in most cases as $6 isn't too bad a fee

Purchased a coat with a ripped pocket on one side, and recently a wallet I ordered COMPLETELY different than the one shown (wrong style, wrong color, wrong material).  They should at least verify with the pictures... I have never honestly had so much problem with any other online site.

No other online store has as big inventory as yoox. Talk about variety……

Any new discount codes?
