Returned a package with UPS last week and received today confirmation it was received minus one High Neck..
The Customer care told me they will start investigation by UPS and in case they find it, it will be refunded.
I'm 100% sure it was in the package since I counted the number of articles. What can I do if they say UPS didn't find anything... I have ordered more than 30x at Yoox and everything went ok until the last order.
