Hello everyone,

I have a few questions for those who have bought MTO shoes from G&G, AS and EG. I have read some time ago on this forum that when you are ordering MTO that other modifications are possible such as loosing up vamp area etc etc. I cannot find that thread now so here are my questions for those of you who have been through MTO program.

1. What modification are made. I am interested in AS, G&G and EG. Do you just choose sole, leather and last and that is it? Do these companies take any foot measurements? For example if you have a high arch can shoe valume be increased when you order MTO shoes.

2. If answer to above is yes. Who does it? Can store owners take measurements (Steve and/or Tom) and pass it along to manufacturer when ordering or should I wait for the official trunk show.

3 Lastly I heard when manufacturers have trunk show the MTO fee is ussually waived? Is this true?

Many thanks in advance to anyone who chimes in.
