What are your motivations??
Money ,health , kids ,wife and so on?
You need to motivate yourself and especially if you're smoking to deal with the stress in your life ,you will have to compensate by finding a way to fight it...
Could sports ,working ,driving or anything keeping your mind off smoking..
Money: Motivate yourself by buying yourself something you really like with the money saved...
Social smoking is different...
If you smoke only in social gatherings , drink instead and you will be an alcoholic.
