Initial Impressions
I ordered Taylor Stitch's 10 oz indigo Cone Mills Flatout shirt (http://taylorstitch.com/products/indigo-cone-flatout).
The denim shirts come in three colors:
Indigo in 10...
This was a gift from my boss. I kept it for a few months before I just sold it.
It is pretty solid. Made in USA. You can't beat the quality.
If I needed a sterling silver money clip I would buy a...
I just picked this up and I am pretty pleased. Just what I expected.
I am pleased with the Bark. However, I wish it was a little darker.
A great deal for $35. Comparable to other belts in the...
I am a thin build girl with skinny hip and bums, I normally wear a size 25 in Paige denim, and thought I give the selvedge raw a try. The 24 of New Standard is too bulky in the high waist leg,...
Chillwave sounds like somebody just put the synthpop and shoegaze I listened to as a kid in the 80's and early 90's in a blender. I do like the bedroom quality engineering on a lot of these though. Reminds me of trading cassette tapes of music you made in your garage when you were younger.
Keep'em coming.
My selection is from one of the guys you'd frequently hear at any chillout room at a rave in the mid-nineties, though this piece is off his 2006 album Jeux Dangereux. Most of Pete Namlook's mid-nineties stuff is super hard to find, very minimal and very long, so I'll spare you that. This one even has vocals, a rarity for Pete.
WTF is Chillwave? (can't watch youtube, here at work).
Where does IDM fit into all this?
Put me down for a random track from Autechre's Incunabula. Mmmmm massages my brain, and nice and organic sounding unlike their later LP and EPs where they sound like they were transformed into robots.

Never would've thought I'd meet another Autechre fan here on SF.
One of the calmer Chemical Brothers tracks that I absolutely love:
Autechre is DA SHITTTTTTT Autchre, Neotropic, Boards of Canada, I like it all except, strangely enough, Aphex Twin.
Love BoC. Pity they haven't put out anything since Campfire. I'm not big on Aphex either... atleast his latter stuff. Except I do *love* Selected Ambient Works 85-92, one of my all time favorites.
For today:
Going back to a classic. Gained popularity again in 90's cause of Trainspotting (brilliant movie).
