Suiting Fabric

Hello all. I have decided to have a custom suit made for myself but I am new to the whole custom made suit bit. I was wondering, where can I find some really great fabric in South Florida that is not incredibly over priced? I will greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Online merchants will be happy to send swatches. Check out Harrison's of Edinburgh, Huddersfield Fine Worsteds and Dugdale Bros.

Curious to know who is going to make the suit for you in South Florida? Does Miami or surrounding area have a tailor comparable to the northeast cities or Chicago? I never see any discussions. How about for shirts?

your tailor should have an excellent selection of fabrics.
if not then find another tailor.
unless you are in NYC, where there are numerous places to buy fabric, you will be better off trusting your tailor
