Been eyeing that striped cable-knit hoodie for a long while, decided to go for it. Basically 50% off after tax shipped, good deal to me. Was browsing trying to find something for my father as another Xmas gift, but I'll have to look elsewhere ...

Rl's sale starts Dec 11th.

So much stuff on Rugby is going.. do these people not know of the coming more awesomer sale? I can only guess that come Dec 11 they will have another sale maybe similar to the 50% off on Thanksgiving that stacks with 15% off student discount..

To know about Rugby at all, you probably pay more attention than most to fashion, as it's not well marketed. I would say a fair number of repeat customers know that the end is nigh....

Therefore, I wonder if people are just trying to buy as much as they need while its still available (that was in the back of my mind when ordering)
or
Could Rugby be ordering less inventory due to the impending shuttering on Feb 2.

I think it's because people are trying to get Xmas shopping done, and pushing the limits of shipping during holiday season is not a wise idea (for the most part). And it's probably also partially due to what you've mentioned.

 

Some friends and I are planning to make it out to the Rugby Cafe at least one more time before they close, gotta get those Crushes

Ended up buying blackwatch shirt, it hasn't gotten any cheaper and even though there is still a lot of stock, $38 shipped is good enough for me

definitely NOT confirmed... but the fact that the rest of RL is having a sale start on Dec 11th, and the fact that during thanks giving weekend they had a 50% off all sale items.. its quite possible they may pull it again.

I'm just hoping I am right and I can get my fill before all my sizes run out
