Anyone who owns them care to expand upon the quality of the leather compared to the achilles and the versatility? Are these ideally suited for black and gray denim/chinos?

I was gonna say the new black tournies look scarier/more evil to me than the old ones. Not sure if I'm just imagining that.

They look pretty rad. Also would like to hear from anyone who owns them. I think they would look great with alot.

I own a few pairs of tournament highs - Black leather (SS10), and 2 pairs of canvas from this season (Grey and Beige/offwhite) The Greys are my go to pair. The beige are nice, but they are nearly white, and there is not much contrast in the shoe. The black, I hardly wear at all. The leather is decent, but honestly, not that great - I would honestly say that the Wings+Horns for this season and next SS are considerably nicer.

Anyone get the bone chukkas yet? What's the color more of beigish white or gray? On TBS it looks gray while on ssense it's more beige.

I own the tournament lows from last season in all three colour ways, I like the cream the best.. probably because it looks dirtiest of the three.

Found a pair from S/S11 in my size but they look way different than the F/W12, is it a different leather or are they canvas?

I e-mailed SSENSE to ask if all pairs of the premium achilles had the messed up heel construction, the lady said "I have checked several more pairs of these shoes and they are all like that."

Yikes! They must have gotten a bad shipment or something...
