I'm interested in any comments on Yoox's delivery time and customer service (particularly with regard to returns) compared to Bluefly.

I've used Bluefly intermittently since it opened, about 5 times in total, and have used YOOX three times since the inception of the US site, with one return. The service is very good, averaging about 3-4 days from you order to delivery, a little faster than by Bluefly's default shipping . On the other hand, the return policy is not as generous as Bluefly's, (seems to be trend between European vs. American retailers), and you have to jump through more hoops than at Bluefly although it's not actually that difficult to make a return (I've only done so once, so my experience is limited.) They also seem to be a little less forthcoming about the refund, and state as much on the site.

I have ordered from both a few times and I have received damaged goods from Bluefly although I have never had bad experiences with yoox.

I've used Bluefly and have never had a bad experience. Good website, reasonably good prices, good return policy, accountable customer service, ete, etc.

Yoox, on the other hand, I've never used. I took a look at their site and was impressed by their selection, particularly by the offering of hLam, which is a brand that is hard to find in the U.S. But there were two things I did not like about the website: 1) not user-friendly; 2) pictures are not good or are wrong. For instance, for the latter, they'll show a black shirt, but they'll say only a white is for sale--"um, then a white shirt should be shown." For the former, you have to "click" way too many times, it seems, to get to where you want.

Just my 2 cents.
