5. Also, a blue Zegna for Neiman Marcus Shirt. Size on tag is 39/15.5, but has 19 inch shoulders, 42 inch chest, 24 inch sleeves, and 33 inch length. It's also just been cleaned and pressed. I'd also like $25 shipped for this one.
I don't really wear a lot of dress shirts, but I'm interested in the Zegna as a Christmas present for my dad. He is a wears a 15.5-16, none of his stuff is tailored, so the various measurements would be pretty standard for that size. You mentioned that the Zegna is a 15.5, but are the other measurements you listed abnormally small for that size? My dad's 6'0", 190lbs, and wears a 44 jacket size – I want to make sure that the shirt will fit him properly.

On a related note, is there anyone who's ordered from rach2jlc before who could maybe provide some references?

Just to be clear: I am interested in buying the Zegna Neiman Marcus shirt for $25, + $5 to ship it to Canada.

No, to be honest, that size is right about on for a 39/15.5 shirt. Actually, a 39/15.5 is usually considered about a US Small (I'm usually this size in most shirts and am 6' and 155 pounds). So, I don't think this one might be a good fit for your dad, to be honest.

It seems to me the Zegna shirt will have 33.5 inch arms. You take the shoulder and divide that in half (19/2 = 9.5) + 24 inches for the arms = 33.5 inches.

The point is, Zegna shirts in 15.5 normally have 35 inch arms, or at least the ones I buy always do.

Given your father's size I don't think this shirt will do it.

Thanks for the info, I didn't realize that wasn't a US size.

The BB's are the only pants left; I'd really like to get rid of the lot, so I'll mark them down to $20 shipped within the USA for anybody who needs a size 38.

Alright, I did some reading to acquaint myself with US/Italian dress shirt sizes. Could someone please confirm that what it is I should be getting is a 41/16? I found this sizing guide, I'm assuming it's accurate.

That sounds about right, I'd guess. Almost everybody has bodily inconsistencies that come from life or playing sports (one arm bigger/longer than the other, sloping shoulders, etc.) that RTW shirts won't accomodate, but in general from your descriptions of your father, I'd guess a 41/16 would be pretty close.

Keep in mind also, however, that these neck/shirt sizes also vary according to cut depending on brand. A 41/16 in Zegna will probably be fine for your dad. A 41/16 in Prada, Costume National, or Christian Dior, however, will not (it will be cut MUCH slimmer). Nevertheless, unless your dad is a fashionista, I don't see why'd you go for those brands anyway... but I just thought I'd give you fair warning.

Thanks for the info, and the quick response.

My dad is certainly no fashionista, but that hasn't stopped me from trying to mold him into one.
