Help me choose between these 3 restaurants!

We're (my family) going to have one last going away dinner/party/early birthday thing before I go back to HK this week. I wanted to go some place new, so I chose 3 highly ranked restaurants I'd never been to. Obviously most of you have also never been to these places either, but I figured some of you foodturbators would know the DL or be able to choose the best restaurant with your 6th senses. smile.gif

The choices are:
