She has asked me this couple of times. I wrote those attempts off as jokes of course, but this time she is 100% serious. It's her birthday and she really wants my kid. She's 25 and I'm 29. We've been friends for about 3 years now. Never fucked or anything.

By my standards, she's a pretty hot Mulatto chick at around 5'10, 115 lbs. Very good genes.

That is why I am thinking about it. Another Tiger Woods or Barrack Obama why not. lol

Here is the kicker. She insists I do not have to support the kid. Even though she's very sane and logical now, in case she goes crazy on me later on I figure I can get this down in writing and have her sign a waiver.

Should I follow through. What do you guys think?

I don't think it matters what you sign.

Children aren't toys and it doesn't seem as though you need to father any based on what you wrote above

i certainly do not view them as toys. I am only contemplating the thought.

I actually believe the waiver would work. think of a sperm bank they get you to sign the waiver and you can't illlegally approach the sperm donor for child support.

in reality, if i did impregnate someone i will see the whole process through and raise the kid.
